More money for education would be a good thing as long as it goes to improve the schools instead of making administrators wallets fatter than they already are! Usually though, the unions find a way to make it improve the lifestyles of their members.

Hmmm interesting news. I wonder if this will impact anything besides the guidelines being waived because of a plan put in place?

One of the stated purposes of the Bush-Obama wars of the 21st century is to conduct "nation-building" (a concept General George Patton would likely find foreign to a warrior) and to bring democracy to the nations of the world. But how can we expect the people of Afghanistan and other nations to engage in Jeffersonian Democracy when Jeffersonian Democracy is dying or dead in our own?
So I ask what do you love more?
Liberty or Social Security,
Liberty…

Our commander is chief has made a change in military funerals, and it is upsetting to those who have noticed. It, to me, somehow diminishes the worth of these people who gave their lives or years of their lives fighting our wars and helping to keep us free. This came from one of the members of the Arlington group.

This is total lunacy. These folks have got to stop spending money period............no matter what it is spent on. We don't have the money; we can't spend it.

This is totally rediculous, and a congressman from Virginia has written a letter asking this to be reversed. You can't write and thank him on his web site, because you don't live in his district. You can, however, go to his facebook page and thank him and he has a comment on his page about this. I am including the article, and below it is a copy of the letter he wrote. If you approve, you can go here…

This came from an Arlington Group member, and it seemed like something that should be shared with everyone!

This makes me feel like they CAN do something to counter Obama. If this gets done, many new jobs will be created!

People tried to warn Romney and Gingrich that their personal warfare was impacting their standing in the polls, but they just refused to stop..............and now Romney has his sights on slamming Santorum. Let's hope Mr. Santorum pulls a Bush and refuses to play the game. Bush never did get into mud slinging fights, because he thought it was unpresidential (and it is). Congratulations and good for you Mr. Santorum!

I don't know how many of you heard about Don Redman's stance on the OWS gathering on the radio, so I thought you might like to see what he was doing. We need to stop by and say a few words to him if we are downtown or write and thank him!
The councilman sat outside City Hall, but said he wasn't staying overnight.

Although this ruling took place in September, it has now been discovered on September 30th, he went to work for Monsanto (who stood to gain from the ruling he made at the beginning of September). Shameful how crooked everything is now!

This is an update on an ongoing problem with Monsanto (dear friends, and I am sure contributors, to the Obamas and the Clintons) which might explain why they have been closely linked and kept close if not involved in FDA (not a good idea considering, wouldn't you say?).

Experience teaches us, especially in the area of politics, not to believe in coincidence. Just this week two stories have made the news regarding our "outdated" Constitution. First, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg instructed nations looking to draft a constitution to NOT look at the U.S. constitution for guidance because it doesn't focus enough on human rights. Then, in a New York Times article, two professors make the case that the U.S. Constitution is losing appeal with people around the…

How does everyone feel about this. Certainly, I can agree with the argument that charter children should be treated equally to those in the public schools.

I am confused here, because part of what the mayor ran on was bringing jobs to Jax and now, he is saying he really doesn't have the tools, as a mayor, to do that? I think we may need to remember he said this. We also need to be wary if he tries to claim responsibility for any improvement since he doesn't feel the mayor can really impact unemployment. I know certainly the governor is doing things to improve conditions, so maybe we can thank him in the end? This is interesting,…

Another reason his highness needs to voted out including the fact he thought he should take over the super bowl last night, because is running for re-election and needed more exposure and his green cars were there with him! I wonder, did we pay for that or did his re-election campaign? It is very pricey, so he probably stuck the taxpayers with the bill!

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
