Just when you think you can move on to another issue, here come the dirty tricks!
Senator Bill Nelson is evidently behind a lawsuit that will be filed Monday (tomorrow). It will challenge Governor Scott’s decision to return the taxpayers’ money to DC that had been set aside for High Speed Rail. Lawsuit alleges he has overstepped his authority to do…

A text message alarm sounded on my cell phone early in the wee hours of the morning. Message: “Iranian Naval ships sail through Suez Canal – first time since 1979”
I read it once and then twice. I put the phone down, buried my head in the pillow and said a prayer that God would keep Israel safe, would show His powers against Iran and would ensure the safety of all of us against the evil of Iran.
Of course, sleep was not to be for the rest of the evening. I…

Today is one of those obscure American holidays celebrated mostly by government employees and financial and educational institutions. The private sector is probably heading to work on a less crowded highway with hopes of picking up new clients and customers and saving their jobs.

Two years ago today, Rick Santelli, a CNBC reporter, let out a rant heard round the world! He ranted about Obama’s Mortgage Bailout Plan. He was ticked. He was hot. He was mad. He then said without thinking about it -- “Let’s have a tea party.”
He had no idea his anger would light a movement never before…

As a kid, we loved to play Red Rover during recess. The object of the game was to have two teams – with approximately 10 per team. The teams would face each other about 30 feet apart. Both teams would be holding hands with the 10 on their team.
The game went like this:

Some days I wish I could stay in bed, put the pillow over my head and sleep until a new day dawns in America. I’ve tried that but I keep waking up to a sun shining through my bedroom window and a voice saying “Get up, you have to get moving and do your part.”
Today is one of those days.
We have so much to talk about and do for our country and if we were a single focus organization, it would make it easier. We are not. We are a Liberty-focused organization…

Last week I sat through 4 hours of missile defense presentations at Heritage in DC. Those on the panel were the leading experts on this grave matter. Grave because we will soon be digging ours.
Not only was I able to sit and listen but I was also asked to be a part of it. Now what could a 50+ year old woman, wife, mother, grandmother,…

WARNING: Bad language by ticked off tea party member
I am mad as hell and can’t think of another way to say this. I am mad as hell! (That's the bad language)
Do you think it is right or appropriate to send OUR Federal dollars to a Texas middle and elementary school to teach children Arabic?
Read this carefully and then contact your Representative and Senators (go to…

A week ago, we received a call asking if the tea party leaders wanted to meet with Governor Scott and hear his budget before anyone else. We said “Yes” and quickly put together an event in central Florida. The town of Eustis welcomed more than 1,000 tea party leaders and members along with dozens of cameramen, satellite trucks and state and city law enforcement officials.
The plan was to have lunch with tea party leaders and then meet outside on the grassy area overlooking the…

Today is Ronnie’s 100th birthday. We feel we can call him Ronnie because President Ronald Reagan was one of us. He knew us. He thought like us. He experienced what we did. He lived within our culture and he was proud of our principles. He was an American, he loved America and he boasted of its goodness. He made us all proud to be an American.
When Ronnie became our President,…

I was among the 1.7 million people who walked in the March on DC on 9/12/2009. It was one of the most memorable days of my life and I will never, ever forget the feeling of walking with my beloved new friends in this movement as we stood up for liberty.
The signs that day were all over the place. Each sign was a personal passion of the individual…

ContinueIf you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
