WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

B"H.

I hope we can all understand that we are all frustrated with where we are. And Democrats are part of our numbers, as well as Republicans, Independents and Libertarians. So personal and party slams will only divide us and drain the energy we need to win next November!! The issues and only the issues need to be our focus and how to solve them from here. It is important, though, that the history of something or someone be examined. It's like in the medical field (of which I am…

Human Events: Liberal Pollster's Devastating Memo to Obama: Join the Tea Party

I try to read a variety of things every day and some articles actually counter, to a point, other articles.........the things that seems to stay uniform is how badly Obama is doing in polls.  This was quite positive for the tea party though :)!  The suggestions made made me chuckle considering who they recommended it to and given the total inflexibility of Obama (and how well he handles advise that runs counter to how he thinks things…

Debt Debate Over; Time for Congress to Lower Immigration and Create Jobs for Unemployed Americans

The actual numbers for new jobs is now out and this came close as the real number is 117,000 which falls 8,000 short of the number of work visas we issued last month................we are losing and need to lower the number of work visas issued until such time as Americans are back to work.  This article offers some solutions and examples;

 Federal Budget: $3,820,000,000,000 (3.82 Trillion)

Income: $2,170,000,000,000 (2.17 Trillion)

Amount Cut: $8,500,000,000 (38.5 Billion) – about 1% of the total budget.

Harry Reid is calling this a “historic amount“. The President said it is a “historic deal”. John Boehner simply said, “We’ve come to an…

Fox: Market Selling Gathers Momentum Despite Jobs Report

Guess the market wasn't so worried about the debt ceiling, but it was concerned about the economy............too bad our executive branch of government didn't get it right...........yet again!

John Kerry: Media Has "Responsibility" To "Not Give Equal Time" To Tea Party

Has anyone noticed of late, the communists in our government are doing their level best to silence all who do not agree with them?  Obama is calling the tea party extremists..........not good, and this guy (loser that he is), doesn't think we should get any media coverage..........back like it was when we first took action and they totally ignored us?  I think, for what little I know, is that Obama is doing so badly, he hopes to gain more traction if he can silence those who do…

The Story of the Parents and the Kids

I knew the kids would not behave.  I just knew it.

Their past should have told me they would lie again.  I just wanted to believe they would change their ways.  They would make a promise and say they would be good and we…

The Happy Medium Channel?

B"H.  I don't know if it's such a good thing to jump on the "Hasner: I know Marco Rubio" bandwagon just yet. His rhetoric sounds conservative, but have you looked up some of the stuff he's supported or initiated? To most conservatives it isn't pretty!  I think there is a "body-snatcher" scenario going on here. It's like Rinos and Dems are going to night classes to learn how to articulate in "Conservo-Speak". Maybe it was when they saw the Reagan book in OB's hand and he actually tried to…

Yes, BO there really is redistribution

We have been redistributing the wealth since as far back as I can remember.  Many of us are church members and give regularly. After retiring from a 25-or  30 year position or job, many of us do volunteer work, some long enough to retire a second time with 5, 10, or 15 years of volunteer service.  We get requests every day, almost, from one of the city charities or soup kitchens and we send them  checks; Very often, it's to help with Thanksgiving, Christmas dinners, etc.  We buy name…

Townhall: Spare Us the Sermons, Mr. President

Spare Us the Sermons, Mr. President

Victor Davis Hanson;  8/4/2011

During the recent debt crisis, President Obama talked about the need for bipartisan compromise and, as in the past, urged civility. Giving ground and engaging in polite discourse, of course, can be noble aims. But, like most one-eyed-jack politicians, Obama has rarely embraced the admirable qualities he advocates -- a fact increasingly evident to a skeptical…

Report: Obama Administration Added $9.5 Billion in Red Tape in July

Well, I am sure getting rid of "tony the tiger" was as important to you as it was to me, so can we all say thank goodness the president borrowed a whopping 3.8 billion in borrowed money and another 5.7 billion in taxpayer money to take care of all those pesky critters on the cereal boxes.  I know, with the economy in the tank and the stock market tanking, it was high on my priority list..............and surely was on yours too since the president made it a priority!   Although…

Back to Big Government-Spending as Usual

And we all knew this, so it should not come as a surprise to anyone.  It is the reason we fought against the debt ceiling being raised.

Written on August 4, 2011 by Michelle Malkin

The American Age of Austerity lasted approximately three minutes, give or take a nanosecond. Immediately after the Senate approved the bipartisan “Budget Control Act of 2011″ on Tuesday afternoon, President Obama hustled over to the Rose Garden — to crow about the…

WH: Taxpayers Will Fund Obama Bus Tour of Battleground States

This one will make your blood boil.  The unmitigated gaul of this monster is not to be believed.............if he can't get the donations, he will just use taxpayer money I guess.

August 4, 2011

President Barack Obama’s upcoming bus tour through the Midwest states typically viewed as swing states during presidential election years will be paid for by the taxpayers, the White House says.

Obama will start the…

11-0406 Adoption of 5-year CIP This is a lot of $$$

City leaders continuously make decisions they claim that they know better than we, tax payers, what is best for us and are done in "The Peoples" best interest.

Twice a year the City is allowed to make changes to the CIP. The CIP if your unfamiliar is the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP) and likened to the Constitution of the City for capital improvements we are all accountable for paying for but have NO input unless its done just after introduction. This folks is great deal of money on…

M'aider!!....M'aider!! (May-day! May-day!!)

B"H

As I listened to Neil Cavuto, I was moved to disbelief when he acquiesced into silence at the explanation of a congressman that a "Super Congess" was a good thing, to "free up" the legislators to tend to other business. Excuse me! That IS their business! Neil knows finances, but not so much in matters of republic. Ugh!!

It is a sad commentary when even the conservatives…

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
