In following the election in Jacksonville, I realized something. The left was out in force, not just from Fl. but as I understand it, they came in from other states.

They won't be able to influence elections like they did in Jacksonville or Winconsin. As far as I am concerned…

Understanding what the conflict really is about: (this is from a reliable source and is not listed on Snopes).
This is probably unbelievable to all of us but what you are about to read happens in the Middle East more than not. I felt it was important to forward this…

We wish Alvin Brown well and expect him to uphold his promise not to raise taxes. We will wait and see how he responds to all citizens’ concerns and requests and how he will communicate with all the people of Duval County.
We also congratulate the winners of the City Council who won and meet the Conservative stance of the tea…

A slip of the tongue reveals the true intentions of Maxine Waters (D) during a house hearing while arrogantly grilling oil executives including John Hofmeister, President of Shell Oil Company. This liberal, Maxine Waters starts to be honest by revealing herself as a Socialist, but stops, stumbles and then comes up with a more accepted answer. Oops! The guy next to her sighs with relief when she finally gets the words out America would want to hear her actually say, the lady next to him seems…

The Mayor's Race had its own blog this morning and we did not want to miss the hearty congratulations to those who won City Council seats.
We informed the City Council members who voted to raise our taxes that we would see them at the polls.
Last night our endorsed candidate, Matt Schellenberg (R) in City Council District 6 took the…

There is not a big win for either camp this morning. The city is divided and the winner will come down to a few hundred votes.
There will be accusations and yelling in a room filled with lawyers. The Supervisor of Elections office will once again be thrown into the mix of political warfare as they look at every ballot cast.…

With less than 24 hours to go, the Alvin Brown camp has brought out all their paid recruits to hit the streets. They have been seen downtown walking two by two. Trucks with out-of-town tags and Alvin Brown stickers are hauling them from corner to…

QUOTE OF THE YEAR - well said.
Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic . Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English from an article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon on 04.28.2010. Often, one must step outside the circle to get a clear…

The left has brought in their paid help to hold their signs. They have hired bus drivers to drive people to the polls. They have walked neighborhoods to sign people up to vote. They have wheeled in senior citizens to the polls to vote and helped them do so. They have manipulated the minds of some of our own and convinced them they are conservative thinkers. They have not answered tough questions nor met with you, the people, to hear our…

As I woke this morning, I had no idea if I should blog or not. I don’t write unless I am compelled to do so. When I walked in the kitchen, my husband handed me a cup of coffee with a big grin on his face. He pointed to the paper and it was open to Mr. Sillypage’s Viewpoint column. I knew then, I had something to write about! (I tried to find the link on www.jacksonville.com but it was not there this morning. Keep…

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
